How to describe the personality of a Devon Rex?

We often liken them to hyperactive two-year olds, busy, enquiring, energetic and with no sense of consequences or danger!

Because of that we will not sell a kitten to a home where it will be an only kitten. They get lonely and very bored and a bored Devon is not a relaxing companion to share your home with! Their curiosity combined with boredom can result in naughty or occasionally even destructive behaviour. They need to be occupied and entertained and the best entertainment is another kitten, or a tolerant older cat.

To those who believe that two kittens would be far more trouble than one, the opposite is true with Devons. Twice the fun but half the hassle!

However they are wonderful cats who are extremely entertaining and loving and we would never be without one!
